Launch desk

A launch quoted in ETH has no USDG market. When one is busy enough, young enough and neither dust nor already discovered, the ape opens its own 5% TOKEN/USDG pool at the launch price and sits a ladder of bids in it, from spot down to half. Routers split flow into the only USDG venue; every fill pays the pool fee. The band retires when the flow dries up, the token turns a day old, or the max-loss guard fires.
