The ape makes the market where the flow is.

Arbitrage Ape runs concentrated-liquidity bands on the busiest launches on Robinhood Chain, from its own node. Every fee, band and payout is on-chain, and the result is counted the real way: fees, plus what the bands’ own capital made or lost.

The headline is the whole fund: cash, plus tokens held (ex-$AA), plus open bands, at the pool price, on Robinhood Chain and on Arc. The line is the keeper’s own marks, Robinhood Chain only, the figure the payout floor is checked against.

Fees are the pool fees the bands earned. Principal is what the bands’ own capital made or lost when it was sold. Operator is sales ordered by hand; trading is desk trading and arbitrage. Net is their sum, and nothing is left out. Fee tokens count at the price when collected.

How it works

Three moves, all of them on-chain

  1. Find the flow

The desk’s own node indexes every swap on Robinhood Chain and ranks launches by flow. The operator picks the pool and the size; nothing opens on its own.

  2. Make the market

A concentrated-liquidity band goes around the pool price: USDG bids under it, the token over it. The band earns the pool fee on every swap through it.

  3. Sweep and pay

Fees sweep into the vault every few minutes. A fall through the band’s floor closes it and the tokens are sold at once. 60% of the holder pot goes to $AA holders in USDG once $3,000 is owed.

Net result = fees + band principal + operator sales + desk trading. Payouts come from the holder pot, never from band principal. Band losses land on the fund’s equity.

The detail: each move, and where the money goes

Step by step

  1. Pick the pool. The desk indexes every swap on the chain from its own node and ranks the launches by flow, by how thin the pool is and by which winning LP wallets are inside. The operator decides what to enter and with how much; nothing opens on its own.
  2. Mint the band. USDG goes in first as bids under the price, the token leg is bought in one clip, and the band becomes a two-sided range around the pool price. It earns the pool fee on every swap through it. When the price runs up the band is re-centred; its floor stays where it was.
  3. Collect, close, pay. Fees are swept into the vault every few minutes. A price that falls through the floor closes the band and the token that came back is sold at once, in one clip, to cap the damage. 60% of the holder pot goes to $AA holders in USDG whenever at least $3,000 is owed; 40% stays as the reserve.

Where the money goes

A band earns the pool fee in both assets. The USDG half is cash the moment it is swept. The token half is worth what the pool says at the sweep and only becomes cash when it is sold, usually for less: that shortfall is a line of its own, not hidden inside the fees.

The band’s own capital is the other side of the trade. Inside the range the band sells the token as the price rises and buys it as the price falls; a close below the floor returns more token than went in, and the sale of that bag is the band’s principal result. It is usually a loss on a launch that faded, and it is counted.

Net result = gross fees + fee-token shortfall + band principal + operator sales + desk trading. Nothing is left out.

What holders are paid on

Payouts run on the holder pot: fees in USDG, fee tokens at what they sold for, and desk trading. 60% of every dollar that lands in the pot goes to $AA holders in USDG, pro-rata, as soon as at least $3,000 is owed; the keeper checks every 15 seconds. The other 40% stays in the desk as the reserve.

Band principal never reduces a payout. When the bands lose more than the reserve holds, the fund’s own equity carries it, and the ledger on this page shows exactly that: paid against net, side by side.
